背景：我和我老婆都不在town 上班，从住家去工作的地方大概1小时 （MRT+shuttle bus)
利
(1）方便，1小时减到20-25分钟，全程Highway。
(2）舒适，加班回来不用挤MRT
(3) social statue and upgrade the quality of life.

弊
费用：我买的用了2年的2手车，总共55000，全额贷款 （1.88利息）
load/month: 700，parking/month:150， insurance/month:200, petro/monty:300,maintainance:150,roadtax/monty:50
Total:$1500/month，
If household monthly income~10K, then offer a car should be no issue.
