是自己忘了还钱, 被charge了还要怪银行不好.

可以waive,是银行的good will, 而不是你的right.

我想起个故事, 以前有个善良的人, 每天在去上班的路上都会遇到一个乞丐, 他每次都会给这个乞丐10块钱. 后来有一天, 他失业了, 他又遇到了这个乞丐, 这次他没有给钱. 乞丐破口大骂, 你这个人太糟糕了.
