之前就是因为账单没有银行盖章才被退回。偏偏OCBC的online Banking他们不可以直接盖章，非得让你再去办理一次等5-7个工作日的从他们office重新做的账单才可以盖章。

后来为了节省时间我就换了另外一张和老公的联名卡，DBS的。结果拿这个联名卡账单过去就是Visa被拒。

所以几经波折还是用回我的OCBC卡账单，今早过去大使馆递交材料柜台说基本OK了，周三早上就可以拿，属于加急……
