如果你看重发展前途或是朝九晚五比较轻松，薪水降一些也还好吧，我当初也是辞职一年返回职场，找到一份一直想要非常喜欢的工作，年薪大概降了20-30%吧，不过能这样我已经很知足了

经纪不是那么好当的，我怀孕时考过保险经纪，后来娃出生了也想过去当房地产经纪，不过经纪的前几年真的要很拼，你要想顾家就很可能完不成target，而且人际交往能力和情商也很重要，总之不比其他工作容易就是了~
