我还有已经书面通知了offer,最后没要我的经历

reference check都做了，我把别的offer都推了，因为一直催着我接受去上班，只能推了。之前这边的面试官很积极的去帮我催offer,完了突然就静静装死了，我还打电话去他们英国的HR问了，被告知head count freeze这样的官腔!

后来找里面工作的朋友问了，是原本安排给我的直署上司捣鬼。他是个洋人，负责太阳能产业的猎头，本来公司是看中我的技术背景分配去给他做助理，好死不死中国太阳能光伏产业发展太迅速，他客户8成都是中国人，就怕我去了就把他踩了...当面跟我面试官说的各种美好，欢迎你加入做同事，面试官就火烧屁股的给我发offer,结果白鬼子转头给我搅黄了。
