我之前当二房东五六年，和室友们，6个女生，大都相处的挺好的，都是不计较的人，有个别差劲的我让她走人了，可能最近犯小人，前面的房客，生活细节就不说了，恶心人，我觉得她也挺努力改进了，唉。。。后来发现电费飙升，我从来不会去房客的房间，那天敲了她的门，她开门后，我发现开着窗户开空调。。。然后人家跟我说，就今天开的，以前从来不开。我的脸色肯定很难看。后来可能自己都骗不过自己了，说：不就是点钱吗，至于吗，你看我应该给你多少钱

之前有情侣房客，女的天天跟我说给我省水电费，说真的，我从来没有让他们为我省水电，只要不是特意浪费，多点少点都没什么，就是住个舒心，结果也是开窗户开空调，洗衣机里一次只洗短裤背心内裤。。。每天都这样，最后一次把电脑包扔洗衣机里（我估计鞋子也这么洗过），我就敲了他们房间门

所以这个奇葩来我把自己能想到的情况语音通话时都说了，我当时还想估计也不大会有人租我的房间，会让人觉得我事儿事儿的，他还是确定要租，我还以为这次应该没啥幺蛾子了
