当然，那个曾今，也是PR对其他人很容易拿的日子。可是，对于那是的香港人，只要你是香港永久居民，没有犯罪历史，不需要和新加坡有任何联系，不需要新加坡的工作经历，不需要job offer, 几乎只要飞过来，就是新加坡永久居民。

实际上这个政策持续了很久，记得好像是至少1997年后10年都存在。比如，在下面这个网站上，还记载着当时申请PR的条件。其中最后一项就是针对香港人的：

当然这个政策随着2009年左右的大缩紧，取消了。新加坡PR现在越来越难拿。
但是现在即时再给香港人那个特权，我估计他们还是不想来。
