MPA will be tightening the boarding requirement for shore-based personnel from 31
May 2021, 2359 hours. All shore-based personnel2 who are going on board a vessel3
in the port (excluding shipyards4
) must be on 7-Day RRT programme. He/She must
produce proof that he/she has a valid COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (“PCR”)
test taken as part of the 7-Day RRT programme before boarding the vessel. The test
result must be within the last 7 days for shore-based personnel.
