Who is eligible to apply for a new Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) online?
For New Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP):
a. Child of Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residents
b. Parents of Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residents
c. Spouse of Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Residents
d. Female visitor whose Child / Grandchild is on Student Pass
e. Students of Institute of Higher Learning
f. Visitor Seeking Permission to Deliver a Child in Singapore
You must also satisfy the following conditions:
i. Your Travel Document has a validity of 6 months or more
ii. Your Short-Term Visit Pass has a validity of 10 days or more
iii. Your Local Sponsor has a Singpass and is at least 21 years of age
