NUS没有理由对我们进行罚款：

根据我们的根NUS的租房协议，没有提到什么情况会罚款，更没有说可以进行多少钱的罚款。

对此，我们有充分的理由拒绝罚款。 呵呵

不过NUS有权把房子收回，这个是规定的:)
