If you login as different user, different programs will be loaded.
Check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

those under current_user are the ones being loaded only if you login using current account.
