Maybe it is possible in JC or university. But definitely not in the employment market. 30,000 positions were cut in electrical fields in the last 5 years.
Singapore is transfering from electrical products to products with even higher techs like Biology Science. The result of this tranformation is uncertain yet. In my opinion, Bio required not only money but also geniuses that the limited singapore population somehow can not support (This tranformation could be proved to be a painful process).
