It would be fairly easy for you to go SZ from HK airport.
The most cheapest way would be to take bus and then the KCR (九广铁)。

Bus A43 to 上水 then KCR to 罗湖 cost approx. 1 hrs and HK$48
Bus A41 to 沙田 then KCR to 罗湖 cost approx. 1.5 hrs and HK$43

机场A43和A41车站在一起的。车开到晚上12点。

罗湖口岸不是24小时，到晚上12点吧。
过关看人多不多，20分钟到200分钟都有可能。最近估计人不会太多，40分钟应该够了。

皇岗24小时，可以从机场直接坐大巴，HK$二百来块的样子。
