Please click on Mail Icon in Control Panel.
Then click on Show Profile.
Then click on Add.
Key in Your name here.
Then select Add a new e-mail account and click Next.
Then select Microsoft Exchange Server and click Next.
Then type exchange01 in Microsoft Exchange Server column and
username(i.e.kbneo,tlong) in User Name column and click Check Name.
Then you'll get underlined screen. Click Next.
Click Finish.
You will back to Mail General.
Change the profile to be used always and click OK.
Close all your program running and start Outlook.
