i.e. 40GB = 40 * 1000 * 1000 *1000 Bytes
this ist to make the number look bigger, so more appealing to customer
actually, the computer treats 1KB = 1024B, 1MB = 1024KB, 1GB = 1024 MB
so the above 40GB is actually 40*1000^3 / 1024^3 = 37.25 GB
