that's what my friend used to have, his laptop broke down many times and he brought to nus for repair, it is free, but takes about 7-10 days.
regardigng the 总部, can check with the nus repair place, the engineers will give u the phone number or address
(not sure if it is still the same nowadays, I went to the place once with my friend to get the tel no. becasue he wanted to purchase sth new last year)
