The customer service is sometimes bad. What I dislike most is the difference between their attitudes to normal plan customers and so-called sun risers... Makes me puke...
Anyway, I just changed to Singtel. It has student plans, as well as those plans with loyalty discount.
In addition, Singtel's signal strength in our lab is much better....
