Dear Agony Uncle,
I am a student PR, I'm coming 19 next year and I will be sec4.
Actually I wanted to postpone my NS untill I finished my poly/JC study but it's not allowed.
So, is there any ways to not attend NS or can postpone it untill I finished my poly study.
I will be 22 when I graduate from poly.
