which part of ur arms are u unsatisify with, wrist, forearm,the part connecting to shouler,or upper arm(the part covering bicep, or the one covering tricep)? due to fat accumlation or oversize muscle? How often do u practice exercise? What kind of exercises do u usually engage in? How about ur diet, high/low fat(meat, oil) or high/low carbonhydrate(rice, junk food), or high protein(lean mass, milk,egg) intake? or like salty food? One last important question: gal or guy?
