2. learn more techniques than practical classes (practical classes are almost useless)
3. first experience in research (small honours project) (one knows if he/she likes research, good for your honours/no honours decision)
4. opportunity of networking with lecturers and fellow classmates
however, before u choose,
make sure
don't choose notorious supervisors that always ask u to work or scold u (ask around, u will know who are those)
