CE offers Bachelor of Engineering, while Arch offers Bachelor of Arts or Science... From this, you can see the different perspectives of these 2 majors.

Indeed, if you hv some plan to go back China and apply what you learn to your jobs in China, neither of these 2 majors is recommended as SG has difference industry standard with CN's.

I am not from CE, so my points are just for references. Nothing for guarantee.
