final list should not ranked the 弃权 as normal ...

洪泉发 has suggested to put the 4 弃权 at the end of the final list as, say disqualified etc but was not accepted.

After calculation of points etc, 弃权 should not be ranked to reflect the actual situation.

Of course, the end result could be instead of ranked 26 of 28, 洪泉发 will be ranked 24 of 24, haha. with 4 disqualified players below.
