The rule was for all boards to play with 60 minutes limit.
When I was assigned to play a game within 30 minutes, the reason given being that the Penang player had to leave early, with the board placed away from all other boards on top of that, I was very angry.
So, when the player asked for a draw during the game, I refused (still angry !!!) as I did not know who 许继光 was. Only after I lost the game (中残漏着失算,落败下阵 as mentioned by 棋儒) then 棋儒 told me who 许继光 was but obviously it was too late by then, hehe (otherwise I would have a draw record with 许继光). Furthermore, he was seen around for some time after the game, which made me even angrier, for that showed he did not have to leave that early after all.
On hindsight, if I had been told before the game who 许继光 was, I would have accepted the draw without hesitation...=)
Anyway, it was a good experience for me as I learnt that I need to pay more attention to 心理素质.
After all, it was just a friendly match while visiting xiangqi friends in Penang after 24 years !!!
