At Boonlay CC. Join group B competition and get top 4. Then 2010 join group A and get top 4 again. That should qualify you as national team.

Before that, you need to train hard. I suggest you join a good Xiangqi team and train under some good players. Boonlay Team is quite good. See their 文礼三少 are in national youth team.
