团体赛还有其他因素

当然不同的人心目中有不同的人选，但火影所说的这4位总在“最强”的前10名之中了吧。所谓“最强”，是说平均发挥的水平最高，成绩最好的一批。但团体赛还有其他因素，其中影响最大的就是配合的好坏。试从新加坡团体联赛来举例，曾有一队的棋手名气和实力，都在别队之上，但团体赛夺冠的次数却很少，为什么？我推想起来，大概是棋手各自为战，配合比较不好的原因吧。而又有一队，棋手总体实力并不特别强，但比赛中配合相当好，遇强愈强，成绩往往不错。可见比赛中各个棋手经验不足的缺点，在相当程度上是可以通过配合与斗志来弥补的。所以我对团体赛甚至于个人赛的看法是，不强求棋手得分，只鼓励各人尽力，加强团队精神，才会取得更好的成绩。网罗大批顶尖好手，组成一支梦之队，当然是许多人的愿望，但在现实生活中，组成梦之队的机会，比中马票高不了多少，而且组成之后，也未必有梦之成绩（以前有一年中国广东队就曾组成过“梦之队”，结果未能保住团体联赛冠军）。所以组“梦之队”的希望，虽然很多人都有，包括火影，包括棋一生，也包括我，但诚然如火影所说，大概是发泄一下罢了。事在人为，然而成事艰难，如果不能自己来做，要吧希望寄托在别人身上，就不要去指责他们。既然同属一个社群，多加鼓励，岂不更好？
