The EXCO has decided to keep to 2 years for the current term. The meeting on coming Saturday will discuss future activities until end Jun 2010 before handing over the duties to 5th term EXCO.

The priorities will be given to the following 3 activities :

1 开放会所
2 尽可能组队参加团体赛
3 棋艺讨论

followed by 3 more activities as below :

4 年讯
5 颁发棋力分级证书，鼓励棋手应多参加个人赛
6 内部会员赛

Other activities will have lower priorities e.g.

7 季讯
8 新春团拜
9 ”东””南” 六队联谊赛
10 周年会庆
11 华族文化节碧山杯个人赛[未来包括社区团体赛]
12 中区联谊赛
13 多面打表演赛
14 两队友谊赛
15 访问西马
16 擂台赛
17 一、二日循环团体赛（未主办过，新活动。）
18 棋队与棋手资料
19 讨论会
20 小学团体赛
