All papers I wrote on the matters since 2008 are withdrawn from the kurubear.com to incorporate the final and latest insights and final base form to jumpstart the Panda Project. During the restructuring, as control of info and masterplans are finalised, the kurubear websites will become inaccessible for a short period of time up till 2013-03. Please see the main page at kurubear.com for latest update. The info at the websites will then be constructed from scratch without priority to design at the start.

Helpers and Testers, take note that The Panda Project is now confirmed (2013-01-02)as an Overlord class project where all resources and technologies will be utilised with extreme bias, upgraded from the undetermined classification tagged in 2012-09. The game of weiqi (Go), originally the designated supported game, is also no longer tagged to the Pandan Project as decided in 2012-09.
