现屆六年任期碧山象棋会理事会最后一年任期至2016年5月31日

碧山象棋会目前所在的课室将拆除，进行大翻新。

棋会会所可能改到四楼的课室，由于详细装修时间表还未敲定，未来一年活动的安排可能以内部活动为主，对外而主办的活动可能較迟才能確定。

Bishan C C is going to have major renovation of our existing classrooms, our Bishan Xiangqi Club club house may move to 4th level classroom, schedule to be confirmed later, for this reason, we will only pay attention to internal activities in the coming one year pending the changes.

目前已有四个棋会表示参加这次的介绍活动。

如果棋会成立已久，建议包括2009年5月至2015年10月共六年半大略介绍活动重点和方向， 流水帳式的报道可以不包括，能够整理重点最好，或者说是以其为宣传资料吸引新会员。

列出现届理事会是很好的。
