The remaining activities under current Bishan C C Xiangqi Club Exco (1 Jun 2010 to 31 May 2016) until 31 May 2016 :
(1) to join Albert square team event on 27 Sep 2015
(2) to print SG50 membership cards in 2015
(3) to hold 3 EXCO quarterly meetings
(4) to open club house monthly 6 times more until 3 Apr 2016, not open on 7 Feb and 1 May 2016
(5) to produce softcopy of 2013 bishan individuals game records
(6) to produce softcopy of 2014 bishan Cup team event game records
(7) to discuss on forming of new EXCO -- 3 more times
(8) to hold 2016 technical discussions -- 3 times
(9) to appoint members of new EXCO (1 Jun 2016 to 31 May 2022) in 2016
(10) to publish materials of 4 or more xiangqi clubs in 2016 (if time permits )
(11) to celebrate bishan xiangqi club 14th anniversary in 2016 ( to be arranged if confirmed )
