From pure market theory, when things get rare (not necessary good or better), people pay for scarity and the goods enjoy resulted premium...

For some, if not all, ladies, 20-24 are "golden age". So there is time value as well.


Personally, i don't value that premium or time value much.. Guess love could never ever be valued as goods.
