不是I2R.另外一个A-star下属的institute

他phD thesis 还没写完呢就拿到offer了。
现在他们已经在为他申请EP了。

我只是想说没有绝对的rule，都是case by case的。


大家还是努力吧.

不要被这个所谓的rule吓住。还是有要Chinese的，我朋友不是PR。
