First: a technical test which consists of 5 questions, in which you'll be asked to write a simple pseduo code to do some math function, give the boolean equation of some simple cmos circuits and draw layout of this circuit. basic dram circuit and how it functions. one IQ test.
after that got a short personality test on pc. brainless questions.
at the end, 2 section managers will interview you. At first they will go thru the technical test with you. if you don't know how to do it at first, don't panic. they will give you hints. the questions are the common questions such as why you;re interested.
Second round, meet the department manager. Non-technical at all. just to see your personality and your intention.
