REPORTING TO: R&D Manager
GEOGRAPHICAL TERRITORY: Singapore
LOCATION OF POSITION HOLDER: Singapore
FREQUENCY OF TRAVELLING: 10% of travelling time
ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible in the design of electronic components and subsystems for measurement products
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform engineering work and apply research, development and design of new products
• Design, fabricate, modify and evaluate electronics apparatus, components or circuitry for use in
electronics equipments and devices
• Analyzes equipment to establish operating data and conduct experimental tests
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
• Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong in analogue as well as digital circuitry design
• Familiar with sensor design such as optical, magnetic and capacitive
• Familiar with debugging and troubleshooting on hardware level
• Proven experience in uController programming
• Experienced in C / C++ programming and signal processing
• Experienced in product development life cycle
• Experienced in PCBA layout and schematic entry is a plus
• Experienced in development of device drivers for ASIC / SOC
• Knowledge of Matlab and image processing a plus
Language:
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
Computer Skills:
Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS power point Microsoft and MS Excel

REPORTING TO: R&D Manager

FREQUENCY OF TRAVELLING: 10% travelling time
ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Responsible for the firmware development for levels and all other products belonging to the business unit
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Involved in innovations
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
• Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years experience in related field
• Experience in C / C++ coding, familiar with Microsoft Visual C++, Microsoft IDE
• Experience in development of embedded devices, experience with ARM family
• RTOS experience, preferred Nucleus Plus
• Experience with driver development for hardware components on embedded systems: imaging devices,
USB devices and Bluetooth devices
• Experience in device friver development for Microsoft Windows 2000 / Windows XP
• Experience with wireless communication protocols is a plus
• Experience with MFC and product development is a plus
Language:
