关于银行compensation的问题

银行middle/back office一般除了base salary还有那些compensation啊？

年底大概能拿几个月bonus呢？

应该至少能拿3个月吧？

小弟接到credit suisse product control的offer. 可是细节要到签contract才知道。

对compensation这方面不了解，不知道what to expect in the benefits package and how much is a reasonable bonus package.

想提前了解一下大概的行情，也好有个准备。
