Job Description:
This freelance position will involve conducting phone interviews of Chinese executives in China. The candidate will be responsible for finding, recruiting and interviewing the respondents that fit the right profile. Results will then the provided in a template that is checked and confirmed by company. The candidate will be coached and trained in order to employ the proper technique. Hours are flexible and we envision a recurring stream of work. Candidates can also mention this job in CVs and ask for references from company.
Tasks:
• Recruit interview candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct interviews
• Provide data from interviews to company
Essential Skills:
• Strong English and Mandarin Chinese speaking and writing skills
• Familiarity with the IT industry
• Essential that individual show significant initiative and must be a self-starter
Desired Skills:
• Previous research experience
Preferred Education Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or higher, or a student pursuing one
Preferred Industry experience:
Market Research, Business Consulting, IT Journalism, Marketing; however, a student with limited experience will be considered
