其实面试官大都是很主观的拉。有人喜欢话少的，有人喜欢话多的，有人喜欢语速快的，有人喜欢语速慢的，没一个放置四海而皆准的定式来套。对于我来说，由于行业性质和要求，我希望在面试中碰到具有以下素质的，（排名不分前后）：

1）知道自己目标并能够清楚说出来的（这点貌似容易，但是很多人做不到）；
2）知识面广，知道政经大事及流行文化；
3）具有商业头脑，能说出大部分主流行业里一个typical公司的运营模式与盈利模式；
4）谦虚谨慎不浮躁；
5）能问我smart的问题，并且在我反问他/她时能给我一个答案。

其他专业知识/相关经验等等我通常不会怎么问，通常都是在简历已经convince我的基础上我才会花时间面试。
