Asset Management不象sell-side(M&A, Capital Markets)那么labour intensive，有些管USD500mn - 1bn的中型hedge fund只有2-3个基金经理加3-4个分析员（我还看过相当规模的fund只有2个经理+1个分析员的），虽然传统大fund houses可能会请多点人，但是跟千军万马的sell side相比还是少多了。
