To develop project plans, conceptual and then basic design, and then to prepare investment proposals for various potential projects in China;
To develop and implement approved projects through successive phases of design development, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, supporting appropriate decisions at each stage;
Manage projects within agreed budgets and time schedule and with full compliance to HSSE standard and requirement;
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering discipline, preference on mechanical/process/civil engineering;
Proven experience in management position of major engineering project; preferably relating to Lubricants blending plant or petrochemical plants;
Specifically, proven experience in design, project engineering, project management (preferably in management of international EPC project);
Experience in Operations/Production discipline in Petrochemical industry;
