Responsibilities:
Conduct business impact analyses of target Supply Chain Management processes on current local business processes;
Implement business process re-engineering projects that cover the entire Supply Chain Operations organization, ensuring integration and alignment between the different functions in Supply Chain;
Understand the deliverables & critical success factors of each project and own and manage an implementation plan with specific timelines;
Be fully responsible for identifying and managing potential obstacles, i.e. resource requirements, timeline crunches to avoid business initiative overload;
Continuously optimize the process and procedures throughout the whole supply chain;
Communicate and assist various business functions internally to ensure teamwork and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Sound background in end-to-end Supply Chain Management and in-depth professional mastery;
Demonstrate ability of fast learning and adaption;
Mindset of 'continuous improvement' and ability to challenge current practice through the application of best practice techniques and knowledge;
Fluency in Mandarin and English. is essential;
Good communication skill and effective working relationship with others;
Exposure to SAP or other ERP system is perferred
