Your current pay is almost coming towards manager position and if you go to smaller company but your can accumulate project management experience then your future prospects is very good.
And frankly speaking, what I heard from certain senior is that if you are below 30 and salary expected to bemore than 5K, then the company might have to evaluate whether you are in management position or team lead position since they might think you are too young .....
