是个猎头让帮忙推荐一个Hedge fund在找Client service officer，主要是做跟投资者接触，交流的工作，以及内部administration 相关的。
- Deal with the clients directly with an opportunity to meet face to face
- Regular client interactions
- Process and evaluate critical information to handle customers' enquiries
- Perform KYC/AML documentation process
- Maintain high quality of databases and corporate website
- Review presentation materials and marketing collaterals
- Regular client reporting
- High maintenance of customer interactions and transactions records
- Support marketing team and perform effective communication with internal departments
- Prompt response on all customers' enquiries
