Requirements:
(*) Degree in IT or equivalent
(*) At least 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment
(*) In-depth knowledge of Technology and Recruitment process
(*) Good understanding on over all IT Technologies and should be good at ERP, Infrastructure and other skills
(*)Should be able to handle end-to-end Recruitment Life Cycle
(*)Able to do Job Matching, Selection & Short listing potential candidates and Arranging Interviews
(*)Should be Self-motivated and able to meet targets
(*)Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
