Qualifications/Competencies
• Minimum 2 years experience in IT support in an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or IT related field
• Strong Windows Desktop support skills
• Ability to support client applications environment in an enterprise network (office 2003/2007, MS Outlook, IE8, VPN Clients, Printing)
• Basic administrations of Windows 2003/2008 file and print servers.
• Ability to troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues.
Experience
• Experience supporting Blackberry mobile handsets desirable.
• Experience supporting Cisco IP handsets desirable.
• Min 2 years experience in a large corporate environment, following and implementing disciplined processes.
Key Relationships within Company
• Requirement to work closely with the global IT teams in Australia and USA.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities
Give full support to the policies, goals efforts and programs of the Singapore Division, Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) management system. Actively participate in implementation process of the HSE management and ensure that HSE issues are given primary consideration in all job activities/tasks undertaken within the area of responsibility. Unsafe acts and/or conditions no matter in what area of responsibility are to be reported so corrective actions can be taken.
Take an active role in promoting HSE policy and initiatives with staff.
Proactive in identifying and reporting safety issues within the office.
Accountabilities
• Responsible for IT assets management
• Responsible for management of the data centre environment
• Responsible for managing the office mobile billing reporting
• Manage and support site offices in Singapore and travel as needed.
• Maintain an effective plan of work for the current and pending operational and project commitments.
• Ability to work occasional weekends and late nights based on client demand and field support requirements.
• Ensure Desktop infrastructure is deployed to corporate standards.
