2. reproduce and troubleshoot the application issues from the log and files
3. laise with development team with solution
4. deliver the fix to customer
5. support professional service consultant when they has issue in client side.
要求:计算机本科以上,懂oracel,SQL server,weblogic,websphere,java,c...
最好在vendor environment有过支持经验的。(2nd and 3rd level)
良好的英文沟通能力(老外面试)。
