- Develops and executes Consumer Promotions strategy & programme to achieve objectives of RWS strategic business plans
- Prepares and directs Consumer Promotions budget, analyzes and reports Promotions results, and establishes win-win relationships with Partners to deliver optimum results and maximize ROI for RWS
- Identifies Promotions opportunities, prepares proposals, makes presentations, sells Consumer Promotions with long term potential, manages Promotions fulfillment with Partners and internal Business Units.
- Adheres to branding & style guides, requests licensed partner approvals on behalf of Consumer Promotions Partners, responsible for development of creative brief, job start, contractual obligations for each Consumer Promotion
- Develops and nurtures close Consumer Promotions partner contact with a view to establish and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree with a discipline in Marketing/Business or Advertising, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in consumer marketing, cross promotions and/or local marketing
· Regional exposure to overseas markets in Southeast Asia & Greater China
· Experience in top multinational consumer products, airline, or consumer cards industries preferred
