请问职场达人，我是fresh grad，在找工作，看到很多这样的job requirement,比如keppel的这个：
Requirements
· Degree/Master in Electrical Engineering
· Min. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in product design preferably related to the marine industry
· Good track record and hands on experience in electrical and control system design for heavy machinery
· Familiar with machinery design codes such as IEC and NEMA
· Possess PLC and HMI programming knowledge
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
· Ability to work independently in a team environment, and possess good planning, organizational, interpersonal skills
上面有说要一两年工作经验，请问这种情况下有必要申请么？.
