Job Description:
 RTL implementation for SoC
 Validation and Verification of SoC
 Defining Architecture and product specification for SoC Products.
 DFT Features definition and Implementation of SoC
 Define Architectural and Micro-architectural for SoC Products.
 Implement methodology for Timing improvement and convergence for SoC.
 Discipline in reporting status qua and establish good communication with supervisors and team members
 Implement methodology for Power optimization and improvement for SoC specifically for Low Power SoC.

Desired Skills & Competency Requirement:
 Architectural and Micro-architectural understanding on SoC
 Ability to plan, execute and implement a methodology and flow for SoC projects execution from aspect of Function, Timing and Power budgeting and implementation.
 Ability to do IP and chip integration
 Ability to plan the PCB layout and review the performance.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
 Experience involvement in design flow form RTL design, Front End Flow, Back End Flow and post-silicon validation.
 7-10+ years of relevant engineering experience
 2-5+ years people management experience
 Familiarity with main components/IP in SoC including ARM CPU, memory controller, USB, DDR2, SD, SDIO, etc.
 Familiarity with the methodology for RTL design, Front End, Back End and Post Silicon validation for different tool vendor and foundry process.
