Prepare, maintain and management of M&E tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
Measure of quantities from drawings.
Carry out site measurement.
Prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
Assist in the Measurements and in the Preparation of Sub Contract Agreements.
Assist in tenders and seeks competitive quotations.
Procures materials and sub contractors.
Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
Responsible for executing the company projects in building construction.
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Progress claims:
Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer.
Verification of vendor claims.
Handles claims and payments.
Prepare / verification / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
Contract administration and tendering.
Renders support to the project team.
Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.
