Institute for Infocomm research (I2R) under A*STAR is now recruiting a mobile apps development engineer, details are as follows:
Job Description
You will be involved in the following :
• Researching and developing data mining/analytics technologies and algorithms for the exciting first-of-the-kind proof-of-concept platform for mobile Apps development as well as data streaming and analytics
• Implementing research algorithms and software with good quality that can be deployed in real-world and ubiquitous applications
Qualification:
• A Master or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields
Work Experience:
• 2 years of working experience in the related discipline
Technical Skills:
• Well versed in Java programming, SQL language and databases
• Good experience in data streaming Apps development for mobile devices
Soft Skills
• Team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentation skills
Abilities / Aptitudes
• Proactive and highly motivated
• Resourceful
• Able to deliver results needed within the tight schedules
