事情是这样，入职三个月，按照原有合同应该已经过了probation,因为按照合同上写的：
Your Probationary period will be for 3 months commencing from the day upon commencement of full time employment.
所以去找HR，HR说拿到Confirmation 的过程是这样（这一段纯口述，没有具体文件）：
1。公司在第四过个月会发一封invitation letter for confirmation,具体哪一天不知道 （听起来像是不拖到最后一天不会发）
2。受到invitation之后我要acknowledge,
3。after my acknowledgement, it will be submitted to upper management for approval. this approval process will take about 1 month.
这样等到管理层批准查不过两个月都过去了。probation 总共三个月，这个批准就要等两个月。
请问公司这样的做法算是符合合同规定么？
